This colourful Venn diagram brings mythological creatures into a whole new perspective. For instance, why are Eagle hybrids so popular? And wouldn’t a triple-headed Lion be fiercer than Cerberus? I also believe that the Mermahuataur is a creation of the authors (http://oddlyhewn.blogspot.com/2009/08/mermahuataur.html).
Now if only someone would do this with superheroes…
